Featured GELATO FLAVORS for February

• ALMOND – made with locally grown almonds ground to a creamy perfection. Scoops adds chopped salted almonds for a salty crunch

• LEMON POPPYSEED – a mellow tartness with the additional texture of poppy seeds. Just like eating a chilled Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin

• GINGER – another spice flavor that we love!!! Scoop’s adds chopped candied ginger for an added zesty crunch.

• GIANDUIA – a blend of chocolate and hazelnut – a traditional Italian favorite – reminds kids of their favorite Nutella spread

Featured SORBET FLAVORS made with local Farmers Market fruit

• BLOOD ORANGE – one of our most popular sorbets and certainly a seasonal favorite. We use Blood Oranges from Sommer Farms at SB Farmer’s Market and squeeze them freshly as we make this flavor.

• CHERIMOYA – Although not very attractive on the outside, the creamy flesh inside is smooth and rich. The taste resembles a banana with a hint of pineapple and best of all…enjoying this flavor as a sorbet you don’t have to deal with the seeds.

SCOOP’S other February Gelato flavors are Chocolate, Peanut Butter w/Reese’s, Vanilla, Caramel ‘n Cream, Stracciatella (Italian Chocolate Chip), Coconut, Pistachio, S’Mores, Cookies n’ Cream and Espresso

TART YOGURT made from fresh low fat yogurt and our own gelato base

NO SUGAR/FAT – this month we are featuring MOCHA – a mix of chocolate and fresh shots of espresso made with Splenda and no fat

SCOOP’S additional Sorbet flavors, Strawberry. Mixed Berry, Lemon, and Mango– all made with fresh fruit and no milk or cream. Due to overwhelming requests, we will also continue to make our famous Lemon~Lavender which in the past we made only from Mother’s Day til Labor Day
